OESJ students get together for afternoon of activities
Oppenheim-Ephratah and St. Johnsville students in grades K-12 got together for an ice cream social Friday, May 3. After getting to know each other over ice cream, the students headed into the high school auditorium in St. Johnsville for a concert by the band Flame.

Thanks to area sponsors each student was given a "Wolfpack Nation" t-shirt. The shirts featured the new district's colors, red, black and gray, and the new mascot, a wolf. The names of the sponsors were printed on the back of the shirts.

The event was organized by the OESJ Transition Committee, which consists of staff from both districts.

The ice cream social and Flame concert wasn't the first time OESJ students got the chance to get to know one another. The committee also organized a morning of activities for OESJ students in February.
