OESJ Spelling Bee set for Friday, Jan. 10
The Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville district wide spelling bee is set for 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10 at the OESJ High School.

Students in grades four through eight will spell off in classroom spelling bees for the chance to compete in the district wide bee. Thirty students will get the chance to participate at the district level.

The winner of the OESJ bee will go on to compete at the Capital Region Spelling Bee at Proctor’s Theater in Schenectady.  Regional winners go on to compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C. in May. 

The OESJ bee is open to the public.
