OESJ Ptech holds first panel discussion

Students in the OESJ PTECH Academy met with a panel of professions in the home building, insurance, and banking fields.  They answered student questions and shared their knowledge and experience in starting and running their own business.  Common themes they spoke of had to do with gaining experience with on the job training, working your way from the bottom up, problem solving, the ability to work with others, professional skills, math and technology skills, the value of an associate degree in business, and of making connections with other area professionals.  We are so grateful to The Fulton Montgomery Chamber of Commerce for hosting this event, and to Linda Fake, Aaron Yoder, and Patricia Laux for taking time out of their busy schedules to help guide our students.
