Von Baker is the son of Jeffrey and Barbara Baker, and is the valedictorian of the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Von is a member of the National Honor Society and was in the FFA in grade 9-10. He has been a member of the concert, marching, and jazz bands, as well as small ensemble all 4 years of high school. He served as the class president for 2 years, and band treasurer for 4 years. Von played varsity baseball in grades 9-12, as well as varsity golf in grades 10-12. He has volunteered for Veterans Day Clean Up, helped out at the St. Johnsville Food Pantry, as well as area community soup kitchens. Von plans to attend the ILR School at Cornell University, and play baseball for Cornell Big Red.
Isabella Masi is the daughter of Michelle Masi-Sitterly and Kevin Sitterly, and is the salutatorian of the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St.Johnsville Class of 2020. Isabella has been a member of the concert, marching, and jazz bands, as well as small ensemble. She is a member of the National Honor Society and was band president for 2 years. Isabella played varsity soccer in grades 9-12, cheerleading in grades 10-12, as well as track in 10th grade. She plans on studying Psychology at Northern Vermont University Johnson.
Dylan Corapi is the son of Vicki and Jason Corapi and is ranked third in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. He is a member of the National Junior Honor Society as well as the National Honor Society. Dylan played baseball in grades 9-12. He has volunteered in Youth Serving Veterans Spring Clean Up days as well as volunteering at the Helping Hands Food Pantry. Dylan will be attending Rochester Institute of Technology in the fall.
Sarah King is the daughter of Heather Bouck and Thomas King, and is ranked fourth in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Sarah has been a member of the concert, marching and jazz bands, as well as chorus and select chorus. She has studied a number of advanced courses at OESJ. During her senior year, Sarah attended the academically rigorous New Visions program held at Nathan Littauer Hospital where she participated in clinical rotation and medical study. Sarah plans to attend Fulton-Montgomery Community College in the fall to pursue a degree in Nursing. After that, she plans to continue on and earn her BSN.
Robert Williams is the eldest son of Rebecca Williams and was also raised by his late uncle Bruce Carter. He is ranked fifth in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Robert is a member of the National Honor Society. He has five siblings who help and support him day by day. He is dedicated to his academics and is always on time. He will graduate with an Advanced Regents diploma. Robert plans to study Accounting at Siena College.
Austin Pettengill is the son of Dave and Amanda Pettengill and is ranked sixth in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Austin is a member of the National Honor Society. He attended the HFM BOCES Skilled Trade program in 12th grade. Austin selflessly contributed a lot of his time and effort to class fundraisers throughout the years.
Rebecca Trumble is the daughter of Veronica Trumble and the stepdaughter of Justin Johnson. Rebecca is ranked seventh in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. She has played varsity soccer and basketball and has been a member of the concert and marching bands. She has volunteered a lot of her time at the Benefit Club. Rebecca plans to attend Cazenovia College in the fall and play basketball for the Wildcats.
Kenidee Oare is the daughter of Thomas and Tammy Oare and is ranked eighth in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Kenidee is a member of the National Honor Society and was a mentor in the OESJ Mentoring program for 2 years. She played varsity volleyball in grades 9-12. Kenidee has been dancing at the Joy of Dance school since Kindergarten. She attended the Medical Assisting program at HFM BOCES in grades 11-12. Kenidee plans to attend FMCC to pursue a degree in Cosmetology.
Trinity Rathbun is the daughter of John and Angela Rathbun and is ranked ninth in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Trinity played soccer in grades 9-11, as well as cheerleading in grades 9-10. She was captain of her cheer team in 10th grade. Trinity was a member of the band in grades 9-11, playing both flute and baritone saxophone. She volunteered at the Fireman’s Fair to raise money for our athletic program. Trinity attended FMCC as an early admit student this year. She plans to attend SUNY Oneonta to study Criminal Psychology.
Isaiah Dunn is the son of Ty and Brooke Stowell and is ranked tenth in the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Class of 2020. Isaiah was new to our district this year but had previously been an elite prospect hockey player at Christian Brothers Academy. He has been a mentor to youth soccer and hockey players. With a genuine love for hands-on learning and a strong work ethic, Isaiah plans to enter a Heavy Equipment Operator program in the future.
