The Sixth Grade School Store is open every day from 2 to 2:30 in the sixth grade wing. They have for sale pencils, erasers, folders, notebooks, highlighters, pens, Wolf Pack and OESJ labeled supplies, and hand made bracelets, ranging from 1 cent to $1.00.
Proceeds go to the Nature's Classroom Trip Fund. Students started the store with hopes of earning money for their end of the year trip, never realizing the valuable small business experience they would acquire. Students work at the store on a rotating basis and are responsible for keeping track of inventory, accepting and asking for school supply donations, working on social skills, and managing money.
