OESJ Envirothon Team Competes at Regional Envirothon Event

The OESJ Envirothon Team, The Red Wolves, competed in the Saratoga Regional

Envirothon on May 4, 2016.  The event took place at the Saratoga State Park and included many area schools from area counties.  Representing Fulton county was OESJ and Broadalbin-Perth. The Red Wolves studied various aspects of the New York State environment with advisers, Mr. Harris, and Ms. Dopp.  This prepared them for the six stations in the competition: Current Issues, Soils/Land Use, Aquatic Ecology, Forestry, Wildlife, and Oral Presentation. For their first time ,the team had a very good showing, and know what to expect for next year. When asked what he thought about this experience, Chris Sweeny-Pabis said, "I thought it was quite fun, I'd do it again!"  Pictured is the The Red Wolves Mike Ward, Chris Swartz, Robert Snell, and Chris Sweeney-Pabis.
